CASEY SWEET

Casey Sweet holds her Masters degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and an Batchelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Her extensive experience over the past 20 years in marketing spans qualitative research, new product development, sales, banking, finance, and direct response marketing in a wide array of industries and categories.  Since 1990 Casey has focused exclusively on qualitative research and formed Quesst in 1994.

Casey is a master focus group moderator and in-depth interviewer who is a nationally recognized leader in the area of online qualitative research.  She has published several articles on the subject in "Quirk's Marketing Research" and "MRA Alert!".  Ms. Sweet has made presentations to such professional organizations as the Qualitative Research Consultants Association, the Boston American Marketing Association and the American Management Association and trains professional qualitative researchers in online research methodology.  Casey conducts focus groups and in-depth interviews in-person, online and by teleconference with equal enthusiasm and expertise.

As an active member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association, Casey has served as  a member of both the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.  In 1999 she conceived of and helped create the QRCA Online Qualitative Task Force for which she has continued to serve as chairperson.  For two years she served as Conference Committee chairperson and is a former chairperson of the Membership Committee.  Casey is currently a member of the joint QRCA/MRA committee as well as the Market Research Association.

MONICA VALENTI

Monica Valenti, a research associate at Quesst, holds a Masters degree in Public Health from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree cum laude in Cultural Anthropology.  She has 20 years experience in the health field along with her work in qualitative research.  Monica's background includes health education and evaluation of corporate health programs as well as work with consumers and professionals in both for-profit and non-profit industries.  Monica is currently a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association and the AdClub of New York.
